Social Venture Incubator
A youth mental wellbeing and entrepreneurship venture helping young people build resilience, purpose, confidence, and economic opportunity.
Thrive360 Pakistan is an emerging social venture dedicated to strengthening youth mental wellbeing through entrepreneurship, mentoring, digital skills, peer support, and community leadership.
Currently incubated within the Executive Development Center (EDC) at Sukkur IBA University, Thrive360 builds on over two decades of youth development, entrepreneurship education, and international development experience.
The initiative recognizes that young people need more than technical skills; they need confidence, purpose, trusted mentors, supportive communities, and pathways to meaningful livelihoods.
Across Pakistan, young people face multi-faceted challenges that affect their mental health and future prospects simultaneously.
High rates of anxiety, depression, and social isolation due to changing societal paradigms and academic pressures.
Rising youth unemployment combined with rapid shifts in skills demand, causing intense uncertainty about the future.
Traditional programmes address either employability or mental health separately. Thrive360 bridges this gap by combining both.
Thrive360 integrates core pillars of youth growth and emotional resilience into a single, unified development cycle.
Building self-awareness, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, stress reduction techniques, and positive habits.
Nurturing creative problem-solving, design thinking, lean startup methods, and business planning basics.
Connecting aspiring youth with experienced mentors, domain experts, and social innovators.
Imparting digital literacy, technology adaptation, modern collaboration tools, and freelancing techniques.
Establishing support groups and online communities where youth share experiences and solve challenges together.
Promoting active citizenship, social project implementation, team leadership, and community development.
Incubated within the executive ecosystem of the EDC at Sukkur IBA University, Thrive360 leverages a foundation of proven impact.
At Thrive360, every training program is designed to create measurable change. Beyond statistics, our greatest achievements are the lives transformed through digital skills, entrepreneurship, leadership, and community innovation.
