The Concept

Fostering Resilient Futures

Thrive360 Pakistan is an emerging social venture dedicated to strengthening youth mental wellbeing through entrepreneurship, mentoring, digital skills, peer support, and community leadership.

Currently incubated within the Executive Development Center (EDC) at Sukkur IBA University, Thrive360 builds on over two decades of youth development, entrepreneurship education, and international development experience.

The initiative recognizes that young people need more than technical skills; they need confidence, purpose, trusted mentors, supportive communities, and pathways to meaningful livelihoods.

The Challenge

Understanding the Crisis

Across Pakistan, young people face multi-faceted challenges that affect their mental health and future prospects simultaneously.

Mental & Emotional Stress

High rates of anxiety, depression, and social isolation due to changing societal paradigms and academic pressures.

Economic & Career Uncertainty

Rising youth unemployment combined with rapid shifts in skills demand, causing intense uncertainty about the future.

Fragmented Support

Traditional programmes address either employability or mental health separately. Thrive360 bridges this gap by combining both.

Our Approach

The Solution Paradigm

Thrive360 integrates core pillars of youth growth and emotional resilience into a single, unified development cycle.

From a Forgotten College to a Global Digital Career

From a Forgotten College to Digital Independence
Growing up in Khanpur, District Shikarpur, Tehzeeb Zehra believed opportunities existed only for people living in big cities. Coming from a modest family and studying in a small government college with limited facilities, she was never allowed to travel for higher education or employment.

Everything changed after participating in Thrive360's entrepreneurship and digital literacy program implemented by Sukkur IBA University in partnership with UNODC.

The program introduced her to digital freelancing, online learning, and entrepreneurship. Inspired by the training, Tehzeeb taught herself graphic design using free online resources and eventually secured her first freelance client.

Today, she contributes financially to her family and has become a role model for young women in her community. Her next dream is to mentor other girls so they too can build careers through digital skills without leaving their hometown.
Impact Statement

One training session transformed a restricted future into a sustainable digital livelihood.

Transforming Traditional Skills into Sustainable Income

From Home-based Artisan to Business Owner
For years, Ms. Shaista worked quietly as a home-based artisan in Jacobabad. Although highly skilled, she lacked access to markets, business knowledge, and confidence to grow beyond her local community.

Through Thrive360's entrepreneurship and business development training delivered with UNODC and Sukkur IBA University, she learned marketing, customer engagement, and digital business practices.

Using simple digital platforms such as WhatsApp, she expanded her customer base and transformed her home-based craft into a growing enterprise.

Beyond increasing household income, her journey inspired her family and community to recognize the economic potential of women entrepreneurs.

Today, Shaista represents the kind of inclusive entrepreneurship Thrive360 aims to build—where local talent becomes sustainable livelihood.
Impact Statement

Entrepreneurship training empowered a skilled artisan to become an independent entrepreneur and community role model.

Current Stage

Incubation and Pilot Development

Thrive360 is currently validating its model through pilot activities, partnerships, mentoring, and community engagement while preparing for scale as an independent social venture.
